By accessing or using the Plinder dating app (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our App.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Plinder. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Prohibited Conduct

When using Plinder, you agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Share explicit or illegal content
• Use the App for commercial purposes without our consent
• Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the App’s technology

All content, features, and functionality on Plinder—including text, graphics, logos, and software—are the property of Plinder or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

Plinder is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Plinder shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, any part of the App or these Terms at our sole discretion. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
